Measures approximately 11 1/2" closed
5 tube sections extend to approximately 32 1/2"
One tube section has some roughness and paper loss most likely due to friction when opening & closing
Looks to be rolled cardboard construction with a faux leather paper covering
Brass fittings at each end
Lenses are clear and the telescope works better than you would expect
Subjects viewed with this telescope will appear upside down
No markings except for "Made in U.S.A." stamped on the big brass end
