Due to the color of this bottle, I'm open to the idea that this bottle could have been used for soda or mineral water.
Henry Evers ran a brewery 1872 to 1898 at 49 Monroe Street, Manhattan, New York City.
He was a brewer of Weiss Beer who setup his business on the Lower East Side of Manhattan (a few blocks from where the Brooklyn Bridge is located) in the 1870’s. More than likely, Evers was of German descent.
